About me
Performance is not accidental. It is built on knowledge, structure, and experience.
My name is Theo, and I am a licensed physiotherapist, trained through formal university studies, not short-term courses or online certifications.
My approach to training is rooted in human movement science, injury prevention, and long-term performance — not trends, not shortcuts, and not guesswork.
Before becoming a coach, I was a performance athlete myself. I understand the demands of sport not only from theory, but from lived experience — discipline, overload, recovery, and the cost of poor programming.
Over the years, I have completed multiple strength & conditioning certifications, allowing me to bridge rehabilitation, athletic development, and performance training into one coherent system.
I work with:
- children and adolescents, focusing on safe movement patterns, coordination, and long-term development
- adults, whether they are beginners, recreational trainees, or high-level athletes
- performance athletes, where structure, progression, and load management are non-negotiable
Training should never be random.
It should respect biomechanics, individual capacity, and the reality of daily life. What differentiates my work is not intensity — but precision. Every program is designed with a clear purpose: to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and create sustainable progress over time.
This is not generic fitness. This is structured training, built on education, experience, and accountability.
You bring the commitment. I build the system that supports it
